By placing an order with Alkaline Revive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies outlined below.

Pre-Order & Pickup Policy

All Alkaline Revive products are available by pre-order only. Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM the day before your desired pickup date. Orders placed after the cutoff time will automatically be scheduled for the next available pickup day.

Regular pickup days are Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Pickup location and instructions will be provided in the Order Ready for Pickup email.

Late & Missed Pickup Policy

Products remain fresh as long as they are properly refrigerated. However:

  • Late pickups reduce the remaining shelf life

  • Alkaline Revive is not responsible for shortened shelf life due to delayed pickup

  • No refunds or credits are issued for late pickups

Orders not picked up on the scheduled day may be picked up on the next available pickup day only if still within safe consumption guidelines. No refunds are issued for missed pickups, and freshness becomes the customer’s responsibility once the pickup window passes.

Storage & Shelf Life

All juices are fresh, raw, and cold-pressed.

  • Refrigeration at 40°F (4°C) or below is required at all times

  • Unopened juices are best consumed within 3–5 days

  • Once opened, consume within 24 hours

  • Natural separation is normal; shake well before drinking

Freezing is optional to extend longevity. Freeze unopened bottles and thaw in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours after thawing.

Unpasteurized Product Notice

All Alkaline Revive juices are unpasteurized. Because these products are raw, refrigeration is required and shelf life is shorter than pasteurized products.

Individuals who are pregnant, immunocompromised, elderly, or managing health conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming unpasteurized juice.

Bulk Orders, Rush Orders & Special Requests

Bulk orders, weekly juice prep, rush orders, and special pickup requests are available by request only and require advance notice and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

If approved, an invoice will be issued, and payment is required prior to fulfillment. Additional fees may apply depending on order size, timing, or special handling.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

Policy Changes

Alkaline Revive reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
